Robert joined his father at HendersonSFIS in 2004, after many years working with leading-edge high-tech companies such as Cisco. Robert has a strong understanding of the insurance business, and he enhances the HendersonSFIS culture of exceptional customer service with his technical skills and business background. Robert consistently brings complimentary new ideas, technologies and efficiencies to the family business.
Jenn Martinez, COO
Jenn joined the Henderson team in 2016, and now has over 10 years of insurance benefits experience. Since earning her BA in Business Marketing from San Jose State University with a minor in Mathematics and Communication, she has continued her passion in the insurance benefits field. She prides herself in providing a high level of service and problem solving solutions for the processing of employee enrollments, terminations, claim problems, new groups, and underwriting. She is up to date on resources for employer compliance, COBRA, flexible spending accounts, and ERISA. Most importantly, Jenn is responsible for the daily operation of the Henderson SFIS, and is the go to person for all our client''s needs.
Samantha Garcia, Benefits Renewal Specialist
Samantha joined Henderson SFIS in 2022, as a Benefits Renewal Specialist, with the passion to help others and grow with the team. Samantha has 7 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on Employee Benefits. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors. At Henderson, she provides quoting new benefits, handles annual renewals, underwriting, processing adds and terms and day to day customer service.
Janet Diaz, Junior Account Manager
Janet recently joined the Henderson team early on in 2023 as a Junior Account Manager. She brought with her a diverse background in property and casualty insurance with a specialty in claims. With most of her career focusing in customer service, she works with the rest of our team in assisting our clients in the benefits process from start to finish.
Cristina Samano, Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Cristina acts as administrative support to the Henderson SFIS team and assists in the daily communication between our office and the clientele, where she strives to provide the highest quality of client care.
